Victim Support has been named number 22 in the prestigious Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers list, endorsed by the Excellence in Diversity Awards. This is the second year of our placing in the top 50, which is a great ongoing achievement.
What is the Inclusive Top 50?
The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers is a definitive list of UK based organisations that promote inclusion across all protected characteristics, throughout each level of employment.
Representing the promotion of all strands of diversity including age, disability, gender, LGBT+, race and religion, the list has highlights a variety of organisations across different sectors.
VS’s Natasha Broomfield-Reid, said: “This is great news for us. We have worked hard for many years to embed diversity and inclusion within Victim Support and we continually work to enhance our practices so that we are accessible and inclusive to our service users, staff and volunteers.
“To be recognised for this is great – particularly as the Top 50 includes organisations from all sectors. However, as we know, there is always more do and this is a continuous journey.”
