Our team are all here to support anyone who needs help and support after experiencing a crime.
We can help you look at your options, empower you, and explain your rights as a victim.
We have specialists within the team in the following crimes:
- fraud,
- domestic abuse,
- older people,
- mental health,
- antisocial behaviour,
- a dedicated children and young person supporter.
Children and young people supporter
Our children and young people supporter can provide direct help to anyone under the age of 18 who has been affected by crime. They can provide one-to-one support in whatever setting is comfortable for you such as virtual (eg video call), by text or WhatsApp, or in person. We can help to build confidence and resilience after crime and connect you with wider support agencies.
Hate crime supporter
The Wales Hate Support Centre funds a Dyfed Powys hate crime supporter who can provide free, confidential and independent help to all victims of hate crime. This includes offering direct support to young people aged 13 and over.
