Gifts in memory
Losing a member of your family or a friend can be a very distressing and difficult time, and if this is something you have experienced recently, on behalf of Victim Support, please accept our sincere condolences.
Donating to a charity in someone’s memory is a special way to celebrate their life. If you choose to make donations to Victim Support in this way, you can be reassured that all such gifts will go towards supporting people affected by crime.
We wouldn’t be able to offer our services and support without the generous support of our fundraisers and members of the public. Any gifts you can give will make a real and vital difference to people’s lives.
There are a couple of different ways of making donations in someone’s memory.
Online donation page
You can create an In Memory page on JustGiving, where you can tell the story of the person you’re remembering (using words, photos and video) and explain why you’re raising money in their memory.
Your friends and family can give to your page easily, safely and securely, wherever they are and whenever they want to. Together you can make a real difference in memory of your loved one.
Donations in lieu of flowers at a funeral
We’re always grateful to people who choose to support our work by holding a collection at a funeral or memorial service. Victim Support has donation forms that can be included with your order of service.
If you prefer, you can ask your funeral director to contact us directly for donation forms. They will then forward the contributions to us and we’ll send you a letter of acknowledgement and thanks.
You can download our In memory gift form, or contact the fundraising team by emailing fundraising@victimsupport.org.uk to request printed forms.
