Know your rights

The government has set clear standards of service that victims of crime can expect to receive when they report a crime to the police or go to court.  This is called the code of practice for victims of crime, 2015.

We can help explain your rights and check if you have got the service you are entitled from the criminal justice system.

If you feel that your rights have not been upheld we will advocate for you and make sure you are supported in your dealings with the criminal justice agencies.
