Get help in Lancashire

We offer support to anyone living in Lancashire, aged five and over, who has been affected by rape, sexual violence or child sexual exploitation. We also offer support to parents and carers of victims aged four and under.

We offer support to anyone aged 16 and over who is experiencing domestic abuse, living in Lancashire (excluding Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen). We offer offer support to children and young people aged 5 to 17 who may have witnessed or experienced domestic abuse within their home environment.

If you live in Blackpool, you can access domestic abuse support with Fylde Coast Women’s Aid and if you live in Blackburn with Darwen you can get help from The Wish Centre.

A victim-survivor can access our support at a time and pace that is right for them. We offer a mixture of personalised one-to-one support, group work and peer support. We can provide a range of self-help tools that can be accessed free and confidentially at any time, as well as signposting or referring to trusted partners.
